Package One:
Honeymoon Suite Package

- Romantic dinner for 2 including wine both days
- Tassie gourmet picnic hampers for a romantic lunch which includes wine both days
- Car rental for two days We pick up and drop off to Hobart Airport
Package Three:
Wedding cocktail party package
For 30 guests ( minimum of 30 guests) at Hatcher’s Manor
- Selection of hot and cold Savories
- 1 tier wedding cake
- Beer wine and soft drinks
- Extra people $55.00 a head
Package Four:
On arrival at Hobart Airport the bride and groom will be met and transferred to Hatcher’s Manor to check into the suite with a bottle of champagne. Our suites have 4 poster beds, gas log fires, Spa bath, or into our executive apartment which has a queen size bed, gas log fire, spa bath downstairs and upstairs to a separate part with its own bathroom, bedroom etc. both with views across our orchard to the Quaint Village of Richmond. That night a romantic candle lit dinner with wine will be served before you settle down to a peaceful nights sleep.

Day 2
Breakfast is served every day of this package
The bride will be taken to the dressmaker for her selection of her dress and bridal bouquet, the groom will be provided with his suit from the hire company.
A Hobart City sites tour will be arranged with a chauffeur for approximately 4 hours for the balance of the day and the bride and groom will be returned to your hotel later that day, Dinner will be served at one of the leading eating places in Richmond. An option of an afternoons golf is available for if it is preferred instead of the city sites tour.

Day 3
Arrangements will have been made with the hairdresser and makeup artist to prepare the bride for the wedding; the celebrant will arrive to be introduced to the lucky couple. A marriage counseling session will be available for the bride and groom to participate in if they wish. A time and venue would have been arranged at an earlier date.
The Bride will be taken to the special place or church for the marriage by our horsedrawn wagon or Limousine car Witnesses will be available if needed at the wedding as will the photographer and video grapher.
After the wedding the bride and groom will be returned to the honeymoon suite to prepare for the Wedding dinner at Hatchers Manor which will be attended by 10 of their guests. The dinner will be served as a three course with wine, beer and soft drink all supplied, the wedding cake will be selected from our range of wedding cakes.
Day 4
After breakfast the bride and groom will be picked up for the tour they have selected for the day,
The options are as follows
- City Sites Approximately 3 hours
This tour takes in Hobart's nicest views with a trip to Mount Nelson signal station with exceptional views across the city and the Derwent River. Then we visit the historic Battery Point area, famous Salamanca and the Botanical gardens.
Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens Hobart
- Mt Wellington (Weather permitting)
Approximately 1 hour
This tour lets you enjoy Hobart's best panoramic views from the pinnacle of rugged Mount Wellington. Then travel back to the city passing by Australia's oldest brewery and Cascade Gardens.
- Bonorong Wildlife Park
Approximately 2 hours
Wander through this pretty wildlife park and touch the Kangaroos and cute and cuddly Koalas, see the famous Tasmanian Devils, Wombats, Possums, Emus and many other native animals.
Cuddly Tasmanian Devil
- Hastings Caves
Approximately 8 hours
This tour takes you south through Tasmania's renowned apple growing country and stone fruit growing areas before going onto the caves. The Newdegate limestone cave is famous for its lofty chambers, stalactites, shawls and columns which have formed into strange and beautiful shapes. Then a short walk through the picturesque fern glades brings you to the thermal swimming pool which is 27 degrees Celsius. We will return via the Channel Road visiting the Shot Tower and Tudor Village.
(Note: The cave tour has quite a number of steps)
- Russell Falls
Approximately 8 hours
(Extra cost applies to Salmon Ponds and Jet Boat ride)
We leave Hobart heading north-west following the Derwent River to Mount Field National Park where you will be amongst the beautiful rain forests, alpine flora and cascading waterfalls. Then we proceed on to the Salmon Ponds, just outside the small town of New Norfolk. If you are feeling adventurous why not try the exciting Devil Jet Boat ride.
Devil Jet Boat Ride
- Port Arthur
Approximately 8 hours
Travel south-east to the Tasman Peninsula and visit the Blow Hole, Devils Kitchen and Tasmania Arch. We take a tour of the Port Arthur Penal Settlement which is one of Australia's most significant historic sites. The tour provides an enthralling insight into the many hardships endured by the convicts of the 1800s.

Day 5
Breakfast then the married couple will be transferred to airport.
Package Five:
Honeymoon Suite Package includes 10 wedding guests at wedding dinner. Extra wedding guests can be catered for upon request.
Your honeymoon will be special at Hatcher’s Manor with our newlywed package
Arrival the first day, you will be met by our coordinator at Hobart Airport, you will be transferred to Hatcher’s Manor at Historic Richmond . Upon arrival at Hatcher’s Manor you will be checked into 2 suites, later that evening you will be served dinner by candle light with a nice bottle of champagne or wine.

Day 2
You will be served a hearty breakfast (breakfast is served every day of the package), then taken to the dressmaker to do any final alterations to your wedding dress, we have a supply of dresses that can be altered to fit the bride, the groom can be fitted out with a hire suite if needed.
Later after your fittings etc. you will be taken on a afternoon tour in your own chauffeured car, You will have a three hour tours around Southern Tasmania or golf at one of Hobart’s leading golf courses.
Options are available for which tour you would prefer, After you will be returned home for dinner at one of Richmond’s leading restaurants.
Day 3
The big day has arrived, the make up artist and hairdresser will arrive to prepare the bride, you will meet the celebrant for you wedding, The usual marriage counseling will be available from your celebrant, we use Experienced marriage celebrants for our weddings.
The service can be taken in the congregational church or the historic Richmond bridge as a backdrop, the foyer at Hatcher’s Manor other arrangements can be made with the Catholic Church or the Anglican church if preferred . Prior arrangements will have been made to where the happy couple will be married, a horse drawn vehicle or a limousine will arrive at Hatcher’s Manor to take the bride to the place of marriage. Witnesses will be available if needed; the photographer and videographer will be recording the special moment. After the wedding the bride and groom will return to Hatcher’s Manor to prepare for the reception dinner at a leading Restaurant in Hobart (choices are available), the chauffeured car will arrive to take the bride and groom to the wedding reception venue
St John's Catholic Church
The wedding reception will have been arranged for 10 wedding guests as well as the bride and groom, extra guests can be invited with prior arrangements .A two or three tier cake will be provided as well as flowers, the photographer and videographer will attend for the important recording of the wedding and reception.
After the reception the married couple will be returned to Hatcher’s Manor for the check into the honeymoon suite which has a spa bath, king size 4-poster bed, gas log fire.
Day 4
After breakfast the bride and groom will be taken to Cambridge airport for their Tasair
Wilderness flight to view some of Tasmania’s spectacular untouched areas then on to Strahan where you will be booked into Franklin Manor. Dinner will be provided in the evening at Franklin Manor with wine.

Day 5
Arrangements have been made after breakfast for the bride and groom to embark from Strahan wharf for your Gordon River cruise to experience the world’s last great cool temperate rainforest environments. On board either of the cruisers you’ll enjoy some of the fascinating natural and historic features on Macquarie Harbour, including Hells Gates, Sarah Island and the Atlantic salmon farms, before cruising the famous Gordon River itself.
A walk at Heritage Landing through ancient forests that densely blanket a landscape shaped by the last great ice age and is for many the serene highlight of the entire journey. This world Heritage Cruise is truly a day you will never forget.
At the end of the day you will return to Franklin manor, you could sample some of the food at one of Strahan’s great restaurants in the Village.

Day 6
Breakfast before heading off site seeing on the way to Launceston in your rentacar,
You are free to enjoy the sights of Launceston and the Tamar Valley. Launceston is a city of contrasts - a short walk from the graceful Victorian-era facades is the scenic Cataract Gorge Reserve, with its tree rhododendrons and peacocks, fern glades and spacious lawns.

Dinner and wine is served in the evening
Day 7
Tasmania ’s East Coast is a coast of contrast - sunshine and sea life, wine and wildlife, crags and beaches, history and adventure. It’s a coast of fine food and wine - as you journey on, you’ll discover the flavours of the area’s fresh, natural produce.
Motor to the East Coast of Tasmania, your booking is at Piermont, Visit Freycinet National Park. Dinner is by your own arrangement.
Bicheno - East Coast
Day 8
Arrive back at Hatcher’s Manor for your last night. Dinner is served in your suite. The next morning you are taken back to Hobart Airport for departure.
